Korean Style Short Rib Marinade

A simple marinade that is awesome on beef short ribs and just about everything. We grill the marinated short ribs to medium rare.

Ingredients
- (1 cup) Soy Sauce
- (1 cup) Water
- (1/2 cup) Sugar
- (6 Tablespoon) Mirin (Rice Vinegar)
- (1-2 Tablespoon) Chopped Garlic
- (1 Tablespoon) Chopped Ginger
- (5) Green Onions-freshly chopped
- (6 Tablespoon) Sesame Seed Oil
- (3 Tablespoon) Sesame Seeds
Directions
Boil the soy sauce and water together.
Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cool and use as a marinade for beef short ribs, or other pieces of meat.
