Chuck steaks are the cut from a muscle beside the rib eye and some of them are nearly as tender and well marbled as a rib eye steak.  Others can be a bit chewy.  So while the tenderness of these steaks is not guaranteed they will be full of delicious grass-fed beef flavor.

We have had good success grilling these steaks.  They can also be marinated or braised.

You can be assured that all of our beef are completely grass-fed and grass-finished, meaning no grain ever.  Our animals are ethically raised and are never given hormone implants or antibiotics.  All of our beef are born and raised on our farm in southeast Idaho.  Multiple pick up locations are available throughout southeast Idaho and northern Utah.
