Chuck steaks are the cut from a muscle beside the rib eye and some of them are nearly as tender and well marbled as a rib eye.  Others can be a bit chewy.  So while the  tenderness of these steaks is not guaranteed they will be full of delicious grass-fed beef flavor.

We have had good success grilling these steaks.  They can also be marinated or braised.
