your community.  We will let you know ASAP if we cannot make the timing work.

These roasts are commonly known as "prime rib" roasts but the official name is standing rib roast.  Whatever the name these roasts are the foundation of many a fabulous meal.  The ribeye muscle is cut from the back ribs and then tied back on for a built-in roasting rack.  

Figure on having approximately 1 lb of weight per adult.

We accept pre-orders for these roasts in the autumn of each year, and should have the meat ready for delivery for the December delivery runs.
