These well marbled strips of meat are a great choice for many braising recipes. They are a favorite of some of our customers for making beef stew.

All of our animals are 100% grass-fed their entire lives. None of our beef are given antibiotics, hormone implants, steroids or other drugs. We raise our beef using ethical methods and they are always free to roam our pastures.
