The Beef Flat Iron Steak has been one of our most popular steaks for years. These steaks are the second most tender in the entire beef! The steaks are lightly marbled, which produces extra flavor.
We recommend grilling, pan searing in a cast iron skillet or broiling these steaks. They are best served medium rare to medium.
