Our Petite Sirloin or Sirloin Tip Steaks are cut from a muscle that is a bit less tender than the top sirloin. These lean steaks are good marinated and grilled or broiled, cut up for kabobs or stews. We also like to braise petites on the stove top or in a dutch oven until fall apart tender.
All of our animals are raised in our pastures on a completely grass-fed diet, meaning no grain ever. Rest assured your meat will be from an ethically cared for animal that was never given hormone implants nor antibiotics. Our meat comes frozen and we have multiple pick up locations available with regular drop off's scheduled.
